When one person tells another about a product or experience they had, whether it was good, bad, or in-between, they are helping or hindering your business.

Word of Mouth has been around since the snake gave Eve some advice about an apple. It's not new. Why the resurgence? Because, we are so bombarded with advertising, marketing, product placement, banners, pop-ups, and on and on, that the message is getting lost in the mess.
